My name is Lies (pronounced /lis/). I have been taking pictures since I was 12. First only when my friends came over, but soon I started noticing that I was slowly falling in love with photography. 

Since then, I have been teaching myself the beautiful art of photography and followed an online course to get more acquainted with the manual options of a camera. 

I began doing payed commissions in 2012. Which started with friends that wanted cute pictures of themselves with their boyfriend or girlfriend.

Soon after, my experience grew to photographing weddings, families and individuals for their portfolio or Instagram account. 

My style is spontaneous as I like to capture real smiles and laughs. You’ll have to be able to tell a few jokes or a funny story during the session!

I prefer to take pictures outdoors or in your own house. I do not have a photo studio with a backdrop as those don’t give me the spontaneous moments I would like to capture of you.
